Overview
- Cardiovascular and Ultrasonography Research Unit (CURU) is a specialized unit in Cardiovascular diseases .It Provides Optimum cardiovascular Clinical and Investigational Services to Egyptian population by providing the most comprehensive yet cost-effective treatment possible with efficient archiving and follow up.
- CURU also has achieved international recognition as a center of excellence in cardiovascular research through building partnerships and collaborative works with major international universities and organizations as Our HCV Project with Kyoto University – Japan and our continuous participation in World Heart Federation as well as European Society of Cardiology.
- The unit’s research focus is primarily in non-invasive cardiology, while also contributing to
studies related to cardiac catheterization and its various modalities, supporting advancements
in both diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular medicine.
