Abstract (English)
Glaucoma causes optic atrophy and blindness. The treatment is reduction of eye pressure with medication or surgery or using a valve. A glaucoma stent and a valve is presented both having 3 silicon tubes adherent to each other .with attached wing shape silicone sheets facilitating the aqueous outflow and prevent fibrosis and surgical failure. In the stent the tubes are patent from both ends and supplied with plugs, while in the valve the tubes are blocked from the rear end and possess 3 slit valves. The stent is used for absolute glaucoma while the valve in most glaucoma variants.

Patent No
30458
Abstract (English)
There is a wide variety of glaucoma surgeries utilizing complicated implant designs to reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) in advanced and refractory glaucoma. Unfortunately, most of them are associated with complications after surgery. The invention discloses a butterfly- shaped 24 Karat Gold 50 microns implant positioned over the sclera of the eye that will act as a spacer to be implanted in classic glaucoma surgery to improve aqueous drainage and guard against wound fibrosis that ultimately leads to surgery failure. The implant has 3 variations to match the surgeon & rsquo;s accustomed fashioned scleral flap design.

Abstract (English)
A multifunctional surgical instrument made of stainless steel or titanium used to manipulate epiretinal and subretinal membranes during 23-, 25- and 27-Gauge vitrectomy surgeries. The blades of the instrument can be folded to safely enter through the cannulas used in the aforementioned vitrectomy systems, and then they are unfolded so that the blades become almost double the size inside the eye. The blades have many shapes, sharp, blunt and can be separated from each other to any desired degree from 0 to 180°, providing unlimited surgical options. The instrument can also be connected to the bipolar diathermy unit. The terminal ends are either spherical or cylindrical and have different sizes. Each of the terminal ends have a central marking facility to guide the surgeon for the appropriate surgical procedure. The instrument moves and rolls easily and smoothly on the eye wall and is completely harmless to the tissues and facilitates the examination of every single part of the retinal periphery.

Abstract (English)
The Lacrimal Stent is made of medical grade silicone intended for permanent implantation. It is designed for retrograde implantation through the nasal cavity either as a primary choice for patients requiring endoscopic Nasolacrimal surgery or for patients with previously failed surgeries. The stent has a special guide and an applicator. The stent will be implanted in the lacrimal fossa passing through a hole in the lacrimal bone preventing its’ obstruction. On the nasal side the stent possesses 4 notches to guard against its blockage and possesses holes that will aid the drainage of the tears.
Intravitreal injection assist tool
The Intravitreal injection assist facilitate Intravitreal injection and provide safe, accurate, consistent and rapid injections into the intravitreal compartment of the eye. It stabilizes the eye preventing or almost abolishing the risk of damaging the crystalline lens and/or the retina. It provides the choice to inject in any eye quadrant, guiding the needle at a fixed angle to penetrate the eye either at a distance of 3.5mm or 4mm from the limbus. It allows a stepped injection, guided controlled paracentesis and the ability to simultaneously inject two types of medication. It minimizes to a great extent sub-conjunctival hemorrhage and drug reflux.
