All are extracted in Nacl and NaHCO3.<\/li><li>Sterilization of the extracts by Millipore syringe filters 0.2 \u00b5m is done to be ready for use in diagnosis of allergens responsible for different allergic diseases by skin prick test and according to its results allergenic extracts are prepared in the form of eye drops for the first time in Egypt to treat allergic conjunctivitis and also in the conventional form as subcutaneous injections for treatment of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma.
